Just a quick note (and a little local scoop!)

Things have been moving very quickly for us over here! I’ve been helping a few clients prep their homes for the summer market (some exciting listings coming soon), touring with buyers, and trying to keep up with Beni, who’s decided every park, trail, and beach in San Diego belongs to him now. 😂

I find a lot of people start thinking about making a move this time of year — maybe it’s a growing family, wanting a yard, or just a change of scenery. If someone you know is thinking about buying, selling, or even just curious what their options look like, I’d be happy to chat with them. No pressure, just helpful info and a friendly conversation!
